Last Will and Testament ?Tax Help

When most people think of estate planning, they typically think of a last will and testament, also known simply as a ?will?.? A will distributes property, designates a guardian for minor children and sometimes also directs a trust to be established and designates a trustee.? A will cannot designate beneficiaries for life insurance or investment assets.? A will can be anywhere from a couple pages long to many pages long depending on the level of detail a testator desires and depending on the complexity of the property and beneficiaries.

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is a document which authorizes someone to make decisions for the benefit of another in the case of incapacity.? A power of attorney allows someone to pay bills and manage financial affairs for another. The power of attorney form provides limits for the authority or an attorney in fact can have full authority for all financial matters.

Trusts

There are different types of trusts to suit almost every type of asset, income, real property and beneficiary.? Trusts are important estate planning tools because they allow a testator to control the management and distribution of assets into the future and even after the testator has passed away.? Trusts can also be important for minimizing tax consequences and providing income for a spouse or other loved one while maintaining control over the final disposition of the trust assets.

A thorough estate plan is one which includes all the documents needed to protect loved ones and assets while minimizing tax consequences.? An estate plan provides a plan for transferring wealth in the most efficient ways for each individual?s circumstances.

Light on Landfills: Solar energy covers turn maxed-out landfills into solar farms

Hickory Ridge landfill solar cover as seen by air when flying into Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (Photo courtesy of HDR Engineering Inc.)

Hickory Ridge landfill outside of Atlanta, GA, is full. Like most landfills that reach capacity, it was capped to contain its noxious mix of debris that will slowly degrade over the decades and centuries to come. But unlike most, Hickory Ridge glistens on a sunny day due its over 7,000 thin-film photovoltaic solar panels plastered to a geomembrane that has been stretched over the hill like a swim cap.

The goal for this new capping system is to create an alternative to traditional landfill covers that will create revenue, boost renewable energy use, and utilize obsolete land, said Mark Roberts, Senior Project Manager for HDR Engineering Inc., the company which developed the technology.

Normally when a landfill closes, the waste is sealed using a polyethylene cap, buried under a couple feet of compacted soil and seeded with grass. The grassy knoll is then effectively useless, albeit somewhat pleasing to the eye.

In contrast, a solar energy cover aims to eliminate the typical maintenance costs of mowing and soil replacement, and instead allows a closed landfill to continue being useful by?generating revenue through renewable energy production. This new system uses a durable geomembrane constructed for roofs and fastens it to the landfill with vertical anchor trenches. The geomembrane-covered landfill slopes then serve as a secure and clean surface for the solar panels.

Much of the cost associated with solar caps occurs during the initial stage of buying and installing the solar panels (the project at Hickory Ridge cost roughly $5 million, $2 million of which was offset by federal stimulus money through the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority). This cost (Republic Services, the owner of Hickory Ridge landfill, was unable to disclose the agreed rate)?will slowly be regained as the solar energy is sold back to the local utility.

This is exactly what?s taking place at Hickory Ridge. It?s now the world?s largest solar cap, producing 1 megawatt (MW) of electricity, which is enough to power about 225 homes, or offset the total energy use of the landfill itself. And, it?s not the lone example.

The first solar energy cover was installed in San Antonio, TX., in 2008 at a landfill called Tessman Road. Others exist in Mass., NY, and NJ. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, there are about 10,000 old municipal landfills in the United States that could potentially serve as the groundwork for renewable energy projects. Many of these landfills are located on the outskirts of cities and already possess the necessary infrastructure for solar power. Hickory Ridge landfill did.

The view while climbing Hickory Ridge landfill (Photo courtesy of HDR Engineering Inc.)

And as I climbed the green rubbery slopes of Hickory Ridge landfill last Thursday, its solar-covered apex loomed above prompting me to think about this odd nexus of materials ? garbage and solar. Not only was I observing a fairly new achievement in engineering, to me it also seemed to be something more meaningful. Below my feet were 9 million cubic yards of garbage, a stark representation of our world?s waste, yet, it had been capped with solar panels, a symbol for abundant, clean energy. It was like walking through the streets of Rome and seeing advancements in civilizations built upon one another.

I was witnessing a small step forward.

?We?re trying to change the perception that landfills are the great evil,? said Andy Keith, Environmental Specialist, Republic Services, ?They aren?t evil. They can be sources of green energy and could be an asset to the community instead of a liability.?

Keith is drawing on a when given lemons make lemonade way of thinking, and it?s helping spur innovation.

While the future is literally bright for solar energy covered landfills,?landfills are not the final destination for these caps. HDR Engineering Inc. is looking to design these solar energy covers for coal combustion product monofills and impoundments around the country and internationally, and the EPA is looking to use them for brownfields.

Food, Not War, Is the Biggest Threat to World Security, Argues Lester Brown

Even as Iran?s nuclear program raises the likelihood of yet another conflict in the Middle East, the bigger threat is a potential food crisis in the making, says Lester Brown, founder of the Earth Policy Institute. ?When I ask myself, what are the threats for out security today, foreign aggression doesn?t make top five,? Brown told attendees of the Affordable World Security Conference in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday.

Grain: some countries are hitting a ceiling on agricultural productivity

Grain yields are beginning to hit a ?glass ceiling? in many countries, Brown said, where farmers have already taken advantage of what science has to offer for improving yield. As more and more countries hit an upper limit on productivity, the world grain harvest will begin to plateau, even as demand for food continues to rise, causing a rise in prices. More worrisome, the global food market is vulnerable to external shocks such as prolonged drought. ?We don?t have idle land, we?re flat out,? says Brown. ?We don?t have [food] stocks. We?re living harvest to harvest. The question becomes, what if we have a major shortfall in the world??

An extreme weather event could tip the scales, he says. For instance, the heat wave and drought in Russia in 2010 reduced the country?s grain harvest by 40 percent, which tightened world supplies. If such a heat wave in the American Midwest were to have a similar impact on the much larger U.S. harvest, ?we would have chaos on world grain markets,? says Brown. ?That would affect financial markets, and financial stability in the world, which rests on confidence.?

Water shortages are also increasing pressure on agriculture. Half the world?s people live in countries that rely in part on over-pumping aquifers to expand production. That?s true of the U.S. China and India, says Brown. Once these aquifers are depleted and rate of pumping is reduced to rate at which they are replenished by rain, the drop in food production will be dramatic. That scenario is already playing out in Saudi Arabia. Biofuels adds another stress on food markets.

The good news is that in the U.S. is making some small headway on the path to sustainability. Carbon emissions, which peaked in 2007 due to the economic recession, have continued to decline since then. Brown attributes the trend to a closing of more than 100 coal plants in recent years. Car use is also down?young people apparently drive less than their parents, and baby boomers are beginning to retire, which means they drive less. New cars are also more efficient?between 2010 and 2025, average gas mileage for cars will double, says Brown.

Plumbing Banning ? Plumbing ? Tools To Get The Job Done ...

Plumbing problems can be a real headache, especially if you do not know a good plumbing service or you cannot afford to hire one particular. However, most problems that deal with your home?s plumbing can be easily set. In order to fix these problems your self, you will have to have some know how plus the correct tools to get the job done correctly. If you stock an individual toolbox full with the what you require to do these repairs, you do not have to call the plumbing service again for minor problems. A small amount of investment in tools can be very much worthwhile in the sum of money you can potentially save in the long run doing it yourself.

Pipe wrench ? Most of your basic plumbing problems are planning to require the use of a water line wrench. Pipe wrench is a tool which is used to tighten and loosen the soft pipes you will need to fool with. These wrenches are relatively inexpensive and can be purchased at your nearby do it yourself superstore or your nearby hardware store. This is a must have for virtually any do it your self-plumber.

Plumbers Putty ? Plumber?s putty can be a soft, pliable substance which is used when installing faucets and drains. The purpose is to create a watertight seal around the sink or drain If you every single plan on installing or re-installing lighting fixtures in a bathroom, you need to have this particular putty on hand. There are many different brands in the putty and it can be purchased at the nearby home improvement store for just a few us dollars.

Plumber?s Tape ? Plumber?s tape can be a Teflon tape like material that?s placed on the threads of the pipe It helps to create a better and more leak proof close off on the pipes. If you are going to get installing anything that hooks in order to pipe, this tape is essential tool. If you have a dripping pipe behind the toilet or even under the sink, adding a number of plumber?s tape to the threads may help rectify the problem. Plumber?s tape just cost a dollar or two and is the cheapest and simplest way to maintain or fix Plumbing Banning problems.

Drain Snake ? Many people are intimidated by this tool. Nonetheless, these problems are still easy enough to accomplish on your own without calling in the professional assistance of a plumbing service. What a drain snake does is unclog drains. Because the snake, as it is called, has the capacity to move and bend, it might navigate through your drains and toilets, pushing through the block and helping the pipes to properly function again. This can be among the best investments you make into your plumber?s tool resource. So much cheaper than calling in the plumber himself! You can do this yourself.

Fixing problems yourself is a great idea and a good way to save money. Nonetheless, if there is ever a problem you feel is beyond your skill or even knowledge level, it is always best to call in a professional.

Scientists at the University of Liverpool have developed a new method to detect proteins associated with longevity, which helps further our understanding into why some animals live longer than others.

The team looked at the genome of more than 30 mammalian species to identify proteins that evolve in connection with the longevity of a species. They found that a protein, important in responding to DNA damage, evolves and mutates in a non-random way in species that are longer-lived, suggesting that it is changing for a specific purpose. They found a similar pattern in proteins associated with metabolism, cholesterol and pathways involved in the recycling of proteins.

Findings show that if certain proteins are being selected by evolution to change in long-lived mammals like humans and elephants, then it is possible that these species have optimised pathways that repair molecular damage, compared to shorter-lived animals, such as mice.

The study, led by Dr Joao Pedro Magalhaes and postgraduate student, Yang Li, is the first to show evolutionary patterns in biological repair systems in long-lived animals and could, in the future, be used to help develop anti-ageing interventions by identifying proteins in long-lived species that better respond to, for example, DNA damage. Proteins associated with the degradation of damaged proteins, a process that has been connected to ageing, were also linked with the evolution of longevity in mammals.

Dr Magalhaes, from the University's Institute of Integrative Biology, said: "The genetic basis for longevity differences between species remains a major puzzle of biology. A mouse lives less than five years and yet humans can live to over 100 for example. If we can identify the proteins that allow some species to live longer than others we could use this knowledge to improve human health and slow the ageing process.

"We developed a method to detect proteins whose molecular evolution correlates with longevity of a species. The proteins we detected changed in a particular pattern, suggesting that evolution of these proteins was not by accident, but rather by design to cope with the biological processes impacted by ageing, such as DNA damage. The results suggest that long-lived animals were able to optimise bodily repair which will help them fend off the ageing process."

Digital Humanities and the Liberal Arts | THATCamp Iowa City 2012

Coming from a residential liberal arts college, I am hoping to exchange ideas with similar institutions about how the digital humanties fits within the mission and resources of a liberal arts college.?

More particularly, I?d like to talk about using digital tools to help students grow as writers and collaborate with others.? As an example, I can share a few ideas for how I?ve used Twitter, Skype, and WordPress to do a film/writing?exchange project with another college.

I served as a HASTAC Scholar during my time as a graduate student in Iowa City, where I first became interested in the public digital humanities. Now, I direct an interdisciplinary writing program, where I promote civic engagement and digital humanities initiatives that focus on writing and speaking at a liberal arts college. Jennie Garth: I Tried to Save My Marriage

Even after Peter Facinelli asked for a divorce, Jennie Garth was determined to keep their ten-year marriage in tact. The former 90210 actress and Twilight actor announced their separation earlier this month, but Garth admits in a new interview that she'd been wrestling with the divorce question since last fall.

Not your average heat shield

Monday, March 26, 2012

In a new approach to invisibility cloaking, a team of French researchers has proposed isolating or cloaking objects from sources of heat?essentially "thermal cloaking." This method, which the researchers describe in the Optical Society's (OSA) open-access journal Optics Express, taps into some of the same principles as optical cloaking and may lead to novel ways to control heat in electronics and, on an even larger scale, might someday prove useful for spacecraft and solar technologies.

Recent advances in invisibility cloaks are based on the physics of transformation optics, which involves metamaterials and bending light so that it propagates around a space rather than through it. Sebastien Guenneau, affiliated with both the University of Aix-Marseille and France's Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CRNS), decided to investigate, with CRNS colleagues, whether a similar approach might be possible for thermal diffusion.

"Our key goal with this research was to control the way heat diffuses in a manner similar to those that have already been achieved for waves, such as light waves or sound waves, by using the tools of transformation optics," says Guenneau.

Though this technology uses the same fundamental theories as recent advances in optical cloaking, there is a key difference. Until now, he explains, cloaking research has revolved around manipulating trajectories of waves. These include electromagnetic (light), pressure (sound), elastodynamic (seismic), and hydrodynamic (ocean) waves. The biggest difference in their study of heat, he points out, is that the physical phenomenon involved is diffusion, not wave propagation.

"Heat isn't a wave?it simply diffuses from hot to cold regions," Guenneau says. "The mathematics and physics at play are much different. For instance, a wave can travel long distances with little attenuation, whereas temperature usually diffuses over smaller distances."

To create their thermal invisibility cloak, Guenneau and colleagues applied the mathematics of transformation optics to equations for thermal diffusion and discovered that their idea could work.

In their two-dimensional approach, heat flows from a hot to a cool object with the magnitude of the heat flux through any region in space represented by the distance between isotherms (concentric rings of diffusivity). They then altered the geometry of the isotherms to make them go around rather than through a circular region to the right of the heat source?so that any object placed in this region can be shielded from the flow of heat (see image).

"We can design a cloak so that heat diffuses around an invisibility region, which is then protected from heat. Or we can force heat to concentrate in a small volume, which will then heat up very rapidly," Guenneau says.

The ability to shield an area from heat or to concentrate it are highly desirable traits for a wide range of applications. Shielding nanoelectronic and microelectronic devices from overheating, for example, is one of the biggest challenges facing the electronics and semiconductor industries, and an area in which thermal cloaking could have a huge impact. On a larger scale and far into the future, large computers and spacecraft could also benefit greatly. And in terms of concentrating heat, this is a characteristic that the solar industry should find intriguing.

Guenneau and colleagues are now working to develop prototypes of their thermal cloaks for microelectronics, which they expect to have ready within the next few months.

Major quake rattles Chile but no serious damage

SANTIAGO (Reuters) - A major quake hit central Chile on Sunday, rattling buildings and temporarily triggering a coastal evacuation on fears of a tsunami, but there was no serious damage and big mines in the world's top copper producer were operating normally.

Residents in Chile's capital, Santiago, fled their homes as the tremor rattled television sets, kitchen cabinets and tables, and a mayor in the town of Parral in south-central Chile told local radio a 74-year-old woman died of a heart attack due to the quake. There were no reports of serious casualties.

The 7.1 magnitude quake struck 16 miles north- northwest of the town of Talca at a depth of 22 miles at 7:37 p.m. local time (5.47 p.m. EDT), the U.S. Geological Survey said, revising down an initial magnitude of 7.2. The tremor struck 136 miles from Santiago, home to about a third of Chile's population of 17.2 million people.

It was one of the strongest quakes to hit Chile since a massive 8.8 temblor devastated the south-central region in early 2010, which triggered tsunamis, killed about 500 people and hammered roads and infrastructure.

The government lifted a preventive evacuation order just before midnight, after about 7,000 people were ordered to evacuate the Maule region's coast due to signs the sea had retreated a bit, Chilean Health Minister Jaime Manalich said. No tsunami alert was issued.

"Fortunately, save for one person who died due to a heart problem, there are no fatalities and fortunately the country's infrastructure, both public and private, resisted the earthquake's effects well," President Sebastian Pinera told reporters in Seoul, South Korea, where he is on an Asian tour.

The government emergency agency, ONEMI, said two people were injured after the fake ceiling of a church in Santiago collapsed, and one person suffered injuries from a transit accident in the Biobio region.

Interior Minister Rodrigo Hinzpeter said later there could be up to 10 people lightly injured from the quake. Electricity supply was restored after short disruptions in some areas.

With the memory of the February 2010 quake still seared in their memories, many Chileans were visibly shaken up.

'STARTED GOING CRAZY'

"I was watching television and all of a sudden the sofa started to move, and lamps started to swing from one side to the other," said Guilda Carrasco in Santiago. "It just kept moving and didn't stop. It was very strong."

Canadian tourist Rob Huneault was enjoying the warmth by a Santiago pool when the quake hit. "It started going crazy, waves shooting out of the pool," he told Reuters.

Chilean state copper giant Codelco said after the quake that operations were normal at its Andina mine and El Teniente deposit, which is nearer the epicenter. The two mines produce about 635,000 metric tonnes (699,968 tons) of copper annually.

Global miner Anglo American said its Los Bronces copper mine in central Chile was operating normally, and the country's top oil refinery, Bio Bio, said operations were normal after the tremor.

The central area is home to some important copper mines, but the bulk of output in Chile, which produces about a third of the world's red metal, is concentrated in the north.

Quakes of magnitude 7 or above are capable of causing major damage. The 2010 quake caused roughly $8 billion in insured losses and economic losses of at least twice that.

In the past two years, earthquakes have been a scourge of the insurance industry. In addition to Chile, quakes in Japan and New Zealand in 2011 caused record-breaking losses in the tens of billions of dollars.

More recently, a major earthquake in Mexico caused limited losses, disaster modeling agencies said, given that it happened well away from major population centers.

Demonstrating, once again, just what sets her apart as a star of the Irish music industry, Trudi has been joined on her latest release by her mother, Philomena Keyes, to record a very special single in aid of Amnesty International. The talented duo performs the new track , ?Beautiful Isle of Somewhere? (track five on the album) to stunning effect, however, it was their debut rendition of this song following a tragic family event in July 2010 that finally encouraged Trudi and Philomena to take the step to record this beautiful, charity song together.

Having suffered from depression for a period of time, Trudi?s brother Alan took his own life in July 2010, and it was at his funeral that Trudi and Philomena first performed ?Beautiful Isle of Somewhere? as a duet. So moved were the hundreds of people in attendance on that summer day that the mother and daughter were persuaded to record the song as a tribute to their much-loved brother and son.

Philomena had just turned 80 years old when she stepped in to the recording studio for the first time. Having sung at parties, concerts and dances for most of her life, this song was always a firm favourite with audiences, particularly when she was accompanied on guitar by her talented son, Alan.

In an effort to prevent even one family from going through the sorrow and loss that they have experienced over the past year, Trudi and Philomena have been honoured to allow Amnesty International to use the song to support its campaign against the prejudice and discrimination felt by many of those who experience mental health problems.

?While depression was obviously a very real and significant issue within Alan?s life, it soon became clear that a major obstacle to his recovery lay with the behaviour and attitudes of society and many of those he came in contact with?, explains Trudi.

She continues: ?Nobody who suffers from any sort of health problems should experience prejudice or discrimination but, due to the silent and almost invisible nature of this illness, such attitudes seem to be increasingly prevalent towards those experiencing mental health problems. My mother and I know what it is like to watch helplessly as somebody we loved deeply to suffer at the expense of prejudice. We really hope that this song will shine a light on mental health awareness and become a beacon of hope that will help to break down some of the barriers that exist within our society.?

As a hugely respected and much-loved country and ?Middle-of-the-Road? music star, Trudi has experienced incredible success at the top of the music industry in Ireland and she hopes that this latest release will not only be a fitting tribute to her late brother but, more importantly, increase respect and awareness of this silent and often tragic issue.

?Looking back now, I can only compare the change in my brother, Alan?s, personality to entering a brightly lit room, when suddenly, the lights are turned off. The once fit, handsome guy who had lived life to the full and was never short of female admirers, began to disappear before my eyes, replaced by a tired lifeless shell of a man from whom the spark for living had gone?

As the youngest in a family of 11 children growing up in county Laois, my enthusiasm for music shone through from an early age. Coming from a family where the musical influences of my parents and older siblings flowed through the house, it was completely normal for us to have regular, impromptu sing-songs at home beside the fire. My big brother, Alan, whom I completely adored, was an extremely talented musician and during weekend visits home from Dublin he would play guitar or mouth-organ, while our wonderful mother, Philomena, would lead us in song. One favourite that was always guaranteed to make the playlist was the stunning ?Beautiful Isle of Somewhere? and the three beautiful verses would be shared between Mam, Alan and I. During those precious evenings by the fireside, I never once imagined that one day I would wake up and Alan, my idol, would no longer be there.

By the time he had reached his early 30s, a sadder, more introverted version of my cool and handsome brother had come to the fore. He avoided hanging out with his friends and had become a very different person. It broke our hearts. Gone was the popular guy who was the life and soul of every party; Alan still sang but now preferred melancholic laments. The pressures of it all had become too much and he soon decided to leave his job in Dublin, sell his treasured motorbike and come back to live in Mountrath.

Treatment and Diagnosis

Realising that he needed medical help, Alan visited his doctor and was diagnosed with depression but, regretfully, medication was the only treatment on offer to Alan. The physical changes associated with anti-depressants were painful to witness and I urged him to consider engaging in ?talk therapy?, to speak with a professional counselor. However, a long waiting list meant that Alan continued with his daily intake of life-altering medication and he soon found himself paying regular visits to the psychiatric unit in Portlaoise before returning home to us feeling ?a little better?.

Social Isolation

Frustratingly, having summoned the courage to seek help from psychiatric services, Alan now faced a new dilemma: social isolation. Hushed tones and discreet nudges; whispers from people who should know better. Some who knew him would even cross the road when they saw him, too embarrassed to ask him how he was. Understandably, this new reality upset Alan greatly and he began to develop a special devotion to Our Lady, visiting our local chapel daily in an effort to find solace and reprieve from the pressures of the outside world.

By this time, I was starting to gain international attention as a singer and Alan loved hearing my stories of life on the road. However, it was becoming apparent that his world was becoming darker by the day and that talking about music was the only thing that would light the spark within his beautiful eyes. He was therefore thrilled to learn that I had been asked to perform alongside the legendary Don Williams at Denmark?s biggest annual Country Music Festival -- giving him that tiny chink of pleasure and hope meant more than anything to me.

4th July 2010, Independence Day: Birthdays are a ?Big Deal? in our family

On what was to become a fateful day for us, regrettably, I was unable to join my family in a birthday celebration at my sister?s house as I was due to perform in Killarney that night. Alan, who had once been the first to grab any opportunity for a family ?get-together? was now living with my parents on an almost full-time basis, unable to cope with the loneliness of being alone, so his decision to not attend the party either ultimately proved to be a fatal one?

That evening, my phone rang. It was my sister Amanda. ?Alan?dead?train?nine o?clock news?? it was as if I was living a scene from a film. I dropped the phone to the ground in complete shock. My talented wonderful brother Alan had died by suicide.

When the awful reality of what had happened sank in, all I could do was cry. Cry for what he must have gone through; cry for the fact that he had to go to such extreme lengths to find peace of mind; cry because he was alone when he died; and cry for the loss of my beautiful big brother.

A few days later, on a sunny July morning, music flowed through the thousands of people that had gathered to pay their final respects to Alan. Then, during a quiet moment at the graveside, our 80-year old? mother Philomena simply said, ?Goodbye Alan?, and began to softly sing the song that she, Alan and I had always sung together ? ?Beautiful Isle of Somewhere?. I moved closer and joined her in a poignant rendition of this beautiful old song until soon our family and friends were holding hands and singing with us, sharing this very emotional and special moment as we publicly displayed the love and loss we felt for our friend, brother and son, Alan.

A few weeks later, I returned to the studio to complete the album, ?Home I?ll Be? that I had begun to record before my brother?s untimely departure. Such was the response to our rendition of ?Beautiful Isle of Somewhere? at Alan?s graveside, that Mam and I decided to record and release it as a duet, dedicating it to his memory with the sale proceeds going towards raising the profile of the incredible work being done by Amnesty International?s Mental Health Campaign that is aiming to create awareness and help eliminate the stigma attached to Mental Health issues in Ireland.

Losing my darling brother to the scourge of depression made me determined to speak out and encourage people to talk about this epidemic that seems to be engulfing our nation. Too many people in Ireland, and around the world, are suffering in silence and if this campaign can save just one life and prevent another family from experiencing the grief and loss that we continue to live with, Alan will not have died in vain.?

To mark the release of this stunning new single, Amnesty International will be re-launching its National Mental Health Anti-Discrimination?Campaign on 30th March. As part of this multi-media awareness campaign, ?Beautiful Isle of Somewhere? will be available through the iTunes website and ?1 from the sale of each download will go directly to this worthy and life-saving cause.

?Home I?ll Be? is available nationwide, in all music stores, while the single, ?Beautiful Isle of Somewhere? is available to view on YouTube and through the Amnesty International website, www.amnesty.ie
