Tim Cahill is being linked with a move to China after Guizhou Renhe's coach admitted he would like to sign him.
The Australian international midfielder was in the stands during the week to watch Guizhou Renhe in a Cup game and that has led to speculation linking him with a move.
The 33-year-old was a guest of the club and there are no negotiations going on about a move for the player who netted just three times last season for David Moyes' men.
Saudi Arabian club Al Ittihad have also been linked with a move for the player who would not be short of interested parties if he was to come to the end of his Everton career.
Guizhou Renhe coach Gao Hongbo admits he would love to sign him but doesn't think it will happen.
"I hope he could be interested in our club, and we wish we could find him in the pitch next year," he said.
